Tiffany Morris Palazzo

Tiffany Morris Palazzo is a seasoned General Counsel and executive with nearly 20 years of experience helping high-growth technology companies and founders navigate complexity as they scale and evolve. She does her best work in fast-paced environments where legal, strategic, and operational questions intersect and has developed a reputation as a pragmatic operator who works closely with leadership teams to align legal strategy with the broader goals of the business.

In 2021, Tiffany founded Pragnetic Partners, through which she serves as acting or interim General Counsel to growth-stage companies. In these roles, she embeds with executive teams to help build legal and governance infrastructure, support strategic transactions, and advise founders, CEOs, and boards on data privacy, commercial strategy, and M&A readiness.

Most recently, Tiffany joined Lotame in 2022 as Acting General Counsel. As a member of the executive team, she helped lead the company’s legal, strategic, and operational positioning ahead of its 2025 sale to Publicis Groupe. This marked Tiffany’s return to Lotame, where she previously served as General Counsel and Head of Privacy during a period of rapid growth. In that role, she built the company’s global legal and privacy infrastructure while supporting international expansion, financing activity, and the increasing regulatory complexity facing the AdTech industry.

Previously, Tiffany was Deputy General Counsel at MDC Partners (NASDAQ: MDCA), joining after a major investment by The Stagwell Group. At MDC, she helped centralize legal operations across more than 40 subsidiaries, launched the company’s privacy program, guided the executive team through the COVID-19 crisis, and supported major M&A activity—including preparation for the sale of MDC to Stagwell in 2021.

Earlier in her career, Tiffany advised executive teams at Vox Media and the New England Patriots/Kraft Group, helping them navigate rapid growth, scale operations, and structure complex commercial relationships. Prior to law school, she held roles at McKinsey & Company and Harvard Business School.

Tiffany also serves as a legal advisor to the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference and is a published and quoted voice on data privacy and the responsible use of consumer data, appearing in Entrepreneur, The Drum, Digiday, and AdAge.

She lives in the Washington, D.C. area with her husband and two daughters and is an amateur architecture and design enthusiast with a well-documented weakness for Haribo gummies.
